| This site is a collection of all my own work, of late, my pictures have been used for unsolicited purposes and I am quite indignant about this, I ask for removal but all I seemed to get was abuse. I have no problem with my photos being contained within private collections for personal use. My qualm is when people use my photos without my permission on sites like YouTube and Bebo, plus personal webpages. If you ask for my permission to use my photo or I have submitted a photo to a site then it is ok, if any other people would like pictures for use or a better copy then please contact me on andymcvean@yahoo.co.uk. I am pretty lenient with my follow up on copyright, I will never seek legal action unless I deem that the person has used too many of my photos, but be aware, there are probably some people out there that aren’t so lax, but will take you to court over one picture. |
